RESULTS for last week's bowling matches at the Stewart Bowling Club are as follows:
YL beat Stamford Bridge away 7-1 but lost the round in the Fellowship Cup Third Division by 7 shots;LCL beat Dunnington away 4-2;MWDLL beat Stamford Bridge at home 6-0; MWDLL lost to South Cave away 0-6; DDVL1 beat Sledmere at home 6-0; DDVL 2 lost to Walkington 3 away 2-4; DDVL3 beat Beeford 2 at home 6-0; HSA beat Cottingham away 6-4; Zone 3 beat Nafferton B away 8-2.

Club members enjoyed a very friendly game at Swanland on Sunday followed by a sumptuous tea. The game held at Swanland and the return at home is to see which club will hold the Swanland Rose Bowl for the following year.

The game was won by Swanland by 20 shots - Stewart had two winning rinks - and will be continued at home on Sunday 3 August.
