WOODHOUSE Grange need four points from their remaining five games to secure an eighth Foss Evening Cricket League title in only 12 seasons.
After beating Stamford Bridge and seeing three of their closest rivals falter, if results go in their favour Grange could be champions next week.

Melbourne are now four points clear in Division Two, after beating joint second placed Wilberfoss.

Results: Div 1 - Dunnington 90-8 lost to Barmby Moor 91-3; Yapham 114-4 bt Heworth 104-6; Pocklington 122-3 lost to Wheldrake 124-1; Stamford Bridge 80-7 lost to Woodhouse Grange 81-2.

Div 2 - The Retreat 132-6 bt Cueball 89-7; Wilberfoss 100-3 lost to Melbourne 103-3; Westow 73-3 lost to Stockton & Hopgrove 74-9; Londesboro Pk 120-6 lost to Thixendale 123-4.
