Police probe into railway death

POLICE have launched an investigation into the death of a 24-year-old Dewsbury man after he was found on railway lines near a station.

James Lee, from Westtown, was discovered was near to Ravensthorpe railway station with injuries suggesting he had been hit by a train on the morning of July 21.

British Transport Police are treating the incident as unexplained and have appealed to the public for information.
