NHS admits blamefor mother's death
The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has admitted breaching health and safety rules after Mayra Cabrera, 30, died shortly after giving birth at a hospital in Swindon, Wiltshire, in 2004, when a nurse wrongly attached an anaesthetic to an intravenous drip.
The case was adjourned for sentence at Swindon Crown Court.
