Fire crews carry out inspection after incident at HMP Humber
Firefighters were dispatched to HMP Humber last night after prison staff dealt with a fire.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said it had been called to the prison in Sand Lane, North Cave at 9.50pm last night.
A spokesman said a small quantity of paper and clothing had been involved in a fire.

Hide AdHe said prison staff had used a water misting unit to put out the flames and the fire service was only required to carry out an inspection.
HMP Humber is a Category C resettlement prison which was formed during the merger of HMP Wolds and HMP Everthorpe.
